All sales are final. We do not offer change of mind returns unless it is in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. 

All of the items we sell are pre-loved and they do have signs of wear. We describe the condition of each item under the listing description. There might be other minor signs of wear that our team members can miss. 

We do our best to provide information on sizing and we do not take responsibility for any sizing issues. We do not provide refunds on items that do not fit. We provide measurements to assist with purchasing decisions, please keep in mind that they are approximate.
