Salvatore Ferragamo S/S 1998 Scarf Halter Gown

In 1998, Ferragamo created a custom gown for Drew Barrymore from approximately 50 of the house's silk scarves. Worn to the Ever After gala at Palazzo Corsini in Rome, it became one of those rare fashion moments that people are still recreating and writing about decades later (Vogue only formally confirmed Ferragamo's authorship in 2024, after years of misattribution to Galliano).
